FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Dr. Chioma Ugochukwu
Senior executive. Communication scholar. Strategist. Facilitator. Advocate for women’s leadership and advancement.
Dr. Ugochukwu brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in higher education. Her work spans strategy, communications, student success, organizational change, partnerships, accreditation, assessment, and leadership development.
She has served as Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Provost, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean, and Assistant Dean. Throughout her career, she has helped institutions, both public and private, navigate growth and transition, develop new programs, strengthen student outcomes, and build effective partnerships. She has also helped secure and manage more than $10 million in grants and external funding.
Dr. Ugochukwu earned a Ph.D in Journalism and a doctoral portfolio in Women’s Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Before entering academia, Dr. Ugochukwu began her career as a journalist. That foundation in communication continues to shape her approach to leadership and organizational strategy. She is also deeply committed to advancing women and creating opportunities for those navigating new professional and cultural environments.
Through Chi Suite Consulting, she brings these experiences together to help organizations grow and navigate change, strengthen leaders, and help women move confidently into positions of greater influence and responsibility.
